MCSE Boot Camp: Boot Camp For Tech Soldiers

The MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer) boot camp is a different type of boot camp compared to how 'boot camps' are generally known. This is training for soon-to-be computer program experts and not for soon-to-be soldiers. MCSE is a key credential to many IT professionals who are eyeing key positions in medium and large-scale, technology dependent organizations.

This type of boot camp is a certification training geared for specialized accreditation for specific computer program designs. Other boot camps also provide training so that individuals can gain certificates as Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) and Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA). The MCSE boot camp trains professionals on how to properly install, configure and troubleshoot network systems. It improves the competency of an individual in installing, configuring, managing, maintaining, security designing and administering MS WIN XP Professional, Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Environment, Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Network Infrastructure and Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Active Directory Infrastructure. Microsoft employees and many others who work with technology take these programs.

MCSE 2003 Training Boot camp is usually composed of seven exams spread over 14 days; MCSE Security, which includes six certifications, consists of eight exams spread over 16 days. Inside MCSE boot camps, class are usually small to medium sized to make it conducive to learning and to enable the trainers and lab assistants to be available for one to one tutoring and consultation.

This computer program boot camp is also different from military boot camp because in MCSE boot camps, convenience is valued. Participants are given luxury hotel accommodations, round-the-clock food provisions as well as comprehensive training and testing in comfortable conference rooms or lecture areas, unlike military boot camp, which provides very spartan and basic needs and training that make individuals vulnerable to the elements. Both training methods are known for their rigorous testing and the hardwork required of the participants, however!
