Known to be punishing to the body and yielding positive results after a specific exercise timeline, the boot camp style of fitness program also focuses on strength training and cardiovascular techniques as well as balance and coordination. It is designed to help people who are not in the military to experience the same kind of intense training and be in the best possible shape.
